POOFD provides DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) removal services for content creators. We help remove unauthorized copies of your copyrighted content from various platforms including search engines, social media, and leak sites.

3. User Requirements

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be the rightful copyright owner of the content you want removed, or be authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
• Provide accurate and complete information when submitting removal requests
• Have a valid payment method for purchasing credits

4. Credits and Payments

• Credits are purchased in advance and are non-refundable except as stated in our Money-Back Guarantee
• One credit equals one link removal
• Credits do not expire
• All prices are in USD

5. Money-Back Guarantee

If we are unable to remove a link that has been marked as "Qualified" by our team, you will receive a full refund of the credit used for that submission. This guarantee does not apply to links marked as "Not Qualified" during our review process.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

• You will only submit content that you own the copyright to or are authorized to request removal of
• You will not submit false or misleading DMCA claims
• You understand that filing false DMCA claims may have legal consequences
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

7. Service Limitations

While we strive to remove all qualified content, we cannot guarantee removal from all platforms. Some platforms may not comply with DMCA requests, and some content may reappear after removal. We are not responsible for content that reappears after successful removal.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by POOFD and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

POOFD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
